Rain,rain,rain!!

The rain here in Florida is non-stop for the past 2 days. Went yesterday to look for a vehicle, but no luck. With the pouring rain, and used car sales people, it wasn't such a success, but I guess I'll give it another try next week.
While doing my paper on alcohol and affects it has on one's health, family, work, personal life, etc., has really brought back some, "not so pleasant memories". With remembering how it affected my health, which landed me in the hospital for 8days, and the hurt and worry I brought on to my family, back in 2004 was not a great feeling.
Unfortunately it didn't take the craving for alcohol out of me, until later in the years. Although I am 2 years 2 months sober, I know that I still have to stay away from the triggers that cause people to go back to drinking, and with having Cihrossis of the liver, I "must" stay away, or I could die.

Now that I am here in school, I know I can have a good future and move on to a happier and more peaceful life style.

Till next time....God Bless

this post is very interesting. I congradulate you on your success with the alcohol issue. As long as you know what can trigger you and can stay away that is the best. God bless family and friends that can support you in everything you decide to accomplish.I will keep you in my thoughts for your continued success against alcohol.

con.gratulations . I know you can do it remember that god will grant you the serenity to change the things you can except the things you can knot and having the wisdom to know the differents. As they say in the meeting's keep coming back it works if you work it only if you work it. So trust in the lord keep your head heal high for he will never leave you or forsake you. You are blessed.
